2. Step-by-Step Guide

To get started, click the Import button on the main dashboard and select your input type:

Step 1: Choose your source

  • Web Links: Paste links from YouTube, Apple Podcasts, TikTok, or news articles.

  • Upload Files: Upload documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, etc.) or audio/video files (MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, etc.).

    Pro Tip: ToggleEnable multi-file audio uploads** to process multiple audio files simultaneously.

  • Input Text: Paste raw text or handwritten notes directly into the text box (up to 300,000 characters).

Step 2: Configure settings

  • Folder: Select a destination folder (defaults to All Notes).

  • Summary Language: Choose the language for your AI-generated notes (e.g., English or Vietnamese).

  • Additional Instructions (Optional): Enter specific prompts for the AI (e.g., "Use bullet points," "Extract key timestamps").

Step 3: Wrap up

Click the AI Summary button to let the system process your data and generate your notes.

What are the upload limits?

The maximum file size per document is 20MB. For audio, the total duration limit is 6 hours.

Can I summarize content in different languages?

Yes. You can select your preferred output language in the Summary Language section, regardless of the source material's original language.
