How to Log In to NoteX (A Detailed Step-by-Step Guide)

NoteX supports a variety of login methods to ensure maximum convenience and security for professional users.

Step 1: Choose your login method

On the main Log in to NoteX AI screen, there are 4 options available:

  • Use a Google, Apple, or Microsoft account: Fast login via your existing corporate or personal account.

  • Continue with Email: Log in using a separate email account created on NoteX.

Step 2: Enter your credentials (If Email is selected)

If you choose the Email method, the system will redirect you to the Log in to your account screen:

  1. Email: Enter your work email address (For example: notex@gmail.com).

  2. Password: Enter your established password.

  3. Login: Click Sign in with Email to access your dashboard.

Step 3: Passwordless Login (Optional)

If you prefer not to manage multiple passwords, you can select Login without Password. The system will send a verification code or a direct access link to your email.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

1. What should I do if I forget my password?

On the password entry screen, click on the Forgot Password? text. The system will guide you through resetting a new password via email within 30 seconds.

2. Can I switch between Google and Microsoft accounts?

Yes. However, please note that each login method may create an independent account unless you use the exact same root email address.

3. Why haven't I received the Passwordless Login email?

Please check your Spam or Promotion folders. If you still don't see it, wait 1 minute and click resend.
