Vocabulary Boosting
By saving important keywords into "Vocabulary," the system automatically optimizes terms (e.g., company names, project names, proper nouns, or specific technical terms...) to ensure your next meeting minutes achieve the highest accuracy.
1. How to Use:

Click the Vocabulary Boosting icon in the top right corner within a note.

In Terms & Names, enter your keywords, proper names, or specialized terms (e.g., NoteX, Byeon, etc.).

After clicking Add, the new word will be saved immediately under the Your Dictionary section.

Hover over any added term and click the x icon to remove it.
2. Manual Management and Addition in Settings

On the main screen (Home), go to Settings in the bottom left corner.

Select Vocabulary Boosting.

In Terms & Names, enter your keywords, proper names, or specialized terms (e.g., NoteX, Byeon, etc.).

After clicking Add, the new word will be saved immediately under the Your Dictionary section.

3. FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I share my vocabulary set with other members in my company?
No. To ensure maximum personalization for each specific job role, this vocabulary set functions on a User-specific basis and is not shared between different accounts.
Q: Can I enter both English words and other languages into the same list?
Absolutely. The system is designed to automatically identify the language of each keyword (Language detection per term), allowing it to group and feed them separately into the STT/LLM models accurately according to the context.
Q: If I switch my login device (from computer to phone), will my vocabulary set be lost?
No. The vocabulary set is stored and automatically synchronized in real-time across all devices logged into your account.
